Still holding back the champagne until his close friend, the Wicked Witch of Finchley finally pushes off. Note: Before some smart arse Tory tries to imply by my last statement that I'm some kind of champagne socialist, I will make it clear that 'holding back the champagne' is a common turn of phrase and at only one point in my life (at a wedding party) have I ever tasted the stuff. I didn't care for it much, and as far as my taste in sparkling white wine is concerned, I'm more an Asti Martini person.
