Virgin Media. I thought I’d spread a bit of good consumer advice that may well just save a few pennies.
The motivation for this article comes from last week when I noticed on my Virgin Media bill that I had been charged

It is surprising just what you can get from Virgin Media.
Something that I’ve found useful is to have a good idea of which alternative providers you’d switch to. Explain to the customer services staff what the other provider(s) have offered you and they then try to better the offer.
