Hi, my name’s Tony Lit and my company was a Labour Party Donor

I’m Tony, this is me with Tony, he used to be the Prime Minister. We got together at a Labour Party fundraiser back on the 20th of June. 7 days later I joined the Conservative Party and the next day my new bestest friend Davey Cameron imposed me as the David Cameron’s Conservatives candidate for the Ealing Southall by-election.

Will Francis Maude lose his head?

Who knows what will happen. It’s interesting to note that this isn’t the first time old Francis has got caught out by bringing in an opportunistic young Asian guy only to find their attempts at looking inclusive often results in them attracting people who’s only interest seems to be themselves.

You know the saddest thing mate – tories can flit between the parties because there is absolutely no difference between them. How sad!

Paul mate – would everything that’s happened in the last 10 years have happened under a Tory government?

    I think not!

    David
Are the things to which you refer such things as:-
    An illegal war with Iraq?
    Selling peerages?
    Destroying local government?
    Privatising anything that moves?
Eroding the ability of trade unions to defend their members?
Seeking to weaken the Labour/Trade Union Link?
Encouraging home ownership rather than social rented housing?
Appointing anti-trade union tories to the cabinet?

I could go on but of course it wasn’t the Tory Party which did these things over the last decade is it? It was in fact New Labour!

By the way I suspect I ain’t your mate.

Paul meet Dave he’s a mate from Wolverhampton who could best be described as an ultra-Blairite (if that means anything anymore), Dave meet Paul, he’s my mate from Willenhall who’s a committed Trades Unionist and what could be commonly described as traditional Labour. (Paul do not criticise me for that description it’s the best I could come up with).

I am quite happy to stay out of this and let you two discuss things. Play nice.

Look at the reality not the spin. Fool!!

Be happy in your joint social democracy with the tories I hope you enjoy it.

The reality is Paul that all of the above I’ve outlined, plus far more, has happened and has taken place since 1997. It is not spin. What part of these policies do you not understand?

  10. Tyger responded on 17 Jul 2007 at 10:09 pm #

I’m that rarest of things, an anti-Blair Blairite.

Let’s all be happy bunnies. What’s wrong with a social democracy?

  11. Tyger responded on 17 Jul 2007 at 10:11 pm #

Mind you, I have recently been called “capitalist scum.” But that was a by a sandal-wearing hippy, so I’m not worried.

Yes you bloody poncy Starbucks card man. Shame on you, a complete traitor to the cause.
