However, I don't think we have got all the way to the bottom of this yet. That is the earliest declared Flying Lion Ltd flight I could find is 19-24 July 2003 for Michael Ancram http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm200304/cmregmem/040716/memi03.htm so this has been going on for four years at least. To follow this up I thought I'd do a Companies House search, and there is no UK Flying Lion Ltd registered, nor has there been. So it would appear that for the at least the last four years, a group of MPs has not been fulfilling their legal obligations under the register of member interests rules. The sanction, as discovered by Westmonster, is a fine or up to a year in prision. Of course different rules may have applied in earlier years, but I think I'll try to go through the registers systematically to see if I can pull out a comprehensive list of those that have benefitted from Flying Lion Ltd's largesse.
