		<description>Idols seem to work well for those that use them. It&#039;s just a different way of doing things.

Abrahamic religion and the cultures that descend from it are strongly biased against it, but work beyond that and I don&#039;t see any reason why &quot;No Idol&quot; is good and &quot;Idol&quot; is bad.

The mental process of idolisation is something that goes on a lot. In Buddhist thinking even an internal mental image can be an idol, whether it&#039;s your thoughts about your god or your internal picture of Christ. It&#039;s what you do with the idol that counts, and from that position Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu, Atheist, you&#039;re all in the same potential set of boats.</description>
